Shipping Policy
Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery.
Q. How will my order be sent?
A. We currently use Royal mail.This service is nextday except for Western & Remote parts of Scotland, where delivery can be upto 2 days.
Q. What will I be charged for delivery?
A. All orders over £25 are free. Delivery charges for orders under £25 will be at a standard weight of £3.00, you can clearly track your delivery charge in the cart system.
Q. Can you ship orders overseas?
A. Yes, please choose your shipping option for your location from the payment screen.
Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?
A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. |
